Antique, perfectly-preserved 1.3 inch high, 825 sterling silver with a center fleur-di-lis, which represents both the Trinity and French pride. The front of the pendant has relief images of Saint Vitalis and Saint Agricola, to whom the cathedral was dedicated. The reverse is engraved, "N.D. de Clermont." The Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Chapel of Clermont is located in the region of Haute-Savoie, in the municipality of Saint-Cergues, on the hamlet of Clermont in France, between Paris and Toulouse. It was built in the 5th Century AD. Accented with a second medal, .2 inches wide, perfectly preserved hexagon shaped image of Mary on the first side, the Apparition of Lourdes on the reverse.
